Welcome to our unique Cuban sports forum. Esquina Caliente means "Hot Corner" and is located at Parque Central
across the street from Hotel Inglaterra in Habana Vieja Cuba. It is across from the Capitolio.
Esquina Caliente - Cuba sports talk... mostly about Cuban baseball.
Look for a group of men under the statue of Jose Martí or listen for the shouting and you will know you are near
Cuban Cigars There was a documentary made about this location in 1999 titled La Esquina Caliente.
The "Hot Corner" is mainly for discussions about baseball but we will expand the range to include all Cuban sports
and discussions about Cuban athletes.
We are working to develop a discussion forum for each category of Cuban sports in
English and in Spanish:
Havana Marathon (Marabana)
Cuban Chess and Dominos (not a sport and not much to debate but Cuban are passionate about both)
Cuban Martial Arts
Cuban Sports Memorabilia
Your Cuban Sports Experience
